This includes your legal full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

• Identity Verification (KYC): pk7777 may request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued ID.

Deposits:

Bets placed with bonus funds that are later voided or cancelled do not count towards wagering requirements.

The following rules govern all sports bets placed at pk7777, including cricket, football, esports, and all other available sports markets.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation message from pk7777. In-play bets are subject to a brief processing delay of one to three seconds to allow odds to be locked. pk7777 reserves the right to reject any bet before confirmation without being required to give a reason.
• Odds Changes: Pre-match odds confirmed at the time of placement are locked in for your bet. If pk7777's Best Odds Guarantee is active for a specific market, your winning bet may be settled at the higher starting price where applicable.
• Void Bets: A bet will be voided and your stake refunded if the event is cancelled, if the event does not start within a period specified by the relevant sport rules, or if there is a material error in the odds at the time of placement. Void bets do not count towards accumulator legs — the accumulator will be recalculated using remaining selections.

• Maximum Winnings: pk7777 applies a maximum winnings limit per member per day across all sports betting activity. The current limit is published in the pk7777 Help section and may be adjusted for VIP members by arrangement.
• Manifest Errors: pk7777 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were posted in manifest error — for example, where decimal odds of 0.50 were listed instead of 5.00 due to a data feed error. pk7777 will make reasonable efforts to identify and void such bets promptly.

pk7777 offers live dealer casino games, RNG (Random Number Generator) card games, and crash games. The following rules apply across all casino-category products on pk7777:

• Fair Play: All RNG games on pk7777 use certified random number generation software that has been independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games are operated by licensed providers and are subject to their own game rules, which are displayed within the game interface.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use pk7777 for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities. For formal complaints, please submit full details of your complaint in writing to support@pk7777.ws with "Formal Complaint" in the subject line. pk7777 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aims to resolve all complaints within ten business days. Where a complaint requires extended investigation, we will keep you updated on progress.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution process as notified to members from time to time.
